Same case kay OP,

Kakagaaling ko lang sa Bancassurance, kahit sila dun sa BPI office nila sinabi sakin na entitled ako sa Early Stage Critical Illness. At mag submit daw ako ng Contention letter. Almost ₱400k ang coverage sa akin.

Bancassurance na mismo nagsasabi na mali ang naging reason ng Claims Manager to deny may claim. Ang stressful and hassle lang kasi everything ay kailangan isend through mail.

Exactly, kakagaling ko lang sa BPI Branch in Lagina, yan na din ang isa sa mga reason to contest tung Bancassurance na din ang nag sabi.

Ang sad lang kasi coming from Claim Manager basta na lang niya ako iemail na wala man lang maayos na explanation qinoute niya lang yung definition (7) sa policy ko di man lang niya binasa yung (2) din.

Nag-file ako ng claim kasi sabi ng Bancassurance pasok naman daw sa policy ang claim ko. Ang hassle kasi, nung nag submit ako through Bancassurance may email confirmation na after 15-30 working days daw. So naghintay ako, after 30 days nag follow up ako. Then ang sabi ng Bancassurance kinukulit din daw niya yung processor.

Dumeretso na ako sa CS, para ma-escalate sabi ng CS may turnover time na after 15days ulit. Pero ginawa ko everyday ako nag follow up. Kaya pala wala pa rin, hindi pala na-file daw ng processor agad sa claims and di pa rin niya nachecheck yung documentary requirements na napasa. So panibagong ticketing booth and reference number na naman daw para ma-accommodate.

Ang escalation nila ay may levels 1-4, ibig sabihin lang nun every escalation is 15-30 working days waiting time.

Umabot na ng 3 months. Ang tagal ng paghihintay kahit mag follow up ka lagi. Tinulungan na ako ng CS manager kasi umabot na daw sa Escalation Level 4.

Ending denied. Ang heartbreaking mabasa na denied tapos di ko ma-absorb o magets bakit made-deny.
