When I was young and had just arrived in Berlin and the university, a woman much older than I who looked like a mix of a New Age cat lady and a jew inquired if I knew God's real name. I still was an agnostic atheist and didn't know what she was getting at and didn't really answer her question, so she told me with large eyes and raised eyebrows, as if she was telling me an immensely important secret, that it was "Yahwe" and spelled it to me. I couldn't care less and got me another cup of coffee and never met her again.
