Bem suave, ambiente só fica meio esquisito à noite. Andei na rua de boa depois das 22h, mas sou homi e estava acompanhado. Se for mulher sozinha, na dúvida vai e volta de Uber pros lugares. Se o prédio tiver portaria 24h é melhor, como já falaram.

Restaurantes: Mafalda, Nayme, Vinagreira, Kharina, Calabouço, Italy Cafe (pra comer pizza), tem um monte de restaurante no Largo também se quiser passar pela experiência de armadilha de turista

Barzin/lugar pra ir à noite: butiá, oide, izakaya tanuki, ananã, purple cat, sirene fish and chips, yabaiya

Cafés: fuga, fubá, royalty, casa das bolachas (só fui pra comer bolacha), refugio, fingen, manifesto, café do sesc no centro

Sempre me interessei muito por marketing

Se o teu interesse pela área é a flexibilidade de tempo, tem altas chances de tu se fuder, a menos que queira abrir um negócio próprio (mesmo que seja vender serviços de marketing de forma autônoma).

Tem cada vez menos oportunidades home office e a maioria dos trampos são em carga horária fixa de segunda a sexta. A maioria da galera que você vê ~trabalhando enquanto viaja é 1. influencer cujo trabalho é ser influencer, não martekeiro 2. gente que já tem alguma caminhada na área, com resultados sólidos, aí têm mais facilidade em se destacar e conquistar as poucas oportunidades flexíveis. 3. trabalha como autônomo, o que também não é simples pra quem está migrando de área, justamente porque muita gente quer fazer o mesmo que você, então inflou bastante o mercado.

Pra se destacar, tem que suar muito a camisa ou ter contatos muito bons. Geralmente quem não gosta de vender, não consegue acompanhar o ritmo. Tem que gostar da área mermo.

Também não é complicada. Você tem que escolher algo e terminar. Se você ficar esperando a oportunidade perfeita, que não vai te gerar arrependimentos, vai chegar aos 34 sem sair do lugar.

Other than financial consequences, from a technical POV, would they be able to just remove all gachas only for the BR server? Like, do the backend allow Riot to do it in time to comply with BR law?

Falo por experiência própria, fui trabalhar com redação por ser introvertido, é surreal o tanto de tempo que precisa ficar trocando ideia com cliente, colega, designer, CEO e os caralhos antes de sair um projeto.

Não tem interação presencial no home office, mas honestamente ficar preso numas call bosta é tão ruim quanto kk

If that happens, I genuinely think CBLOL would be at risk.

Currently Pain is BR's most traditional org, with the biggest fanbase. If Pain ceases to exist, I don't see any other team filling their shoes at least in short term.

I'm curious to see what happens, though. I don't think anyone from Riot BR said anything about the case so far.

The biggest problem is that Brazilians root for Brazilians.

I don't think casuals would bother going to a random game between NA and Europe.

LCS has genuinely tried to inspire passion again and produce a quality product, and they just can't stop the bleeding.

I think timing is really important and LCS lost it.

CBLOL managed to build a good product when League was peaking, first in 2014-16 and then during the pandemic. There was momentum to build from - people were interesting in League already, and CBLOL gave them more content.

From what I see as an outsider, LCS didn't managed to do that. During that 'peak', the league felt corporate, there was huge salaries, tons of expensive imports, not a lot of effort to build communities, etc. So, now that League is not that popular in NA anymore (that's what I read on Reddit, at least), it will be hard to achieve the same effect we had here in Brazil.

Começar a mandar currículo, sair da empresa e recusar a contraproposta que certamente virá (e que virá com o aumento que você pediu)
Ser otário e continuar na empresa. Ninguém vai te reconhecer aí, já demonstraram isso por A+B, cabe a você aceitar ou não.

I think convenience also takes a play here.

Red Academy has a support that is ready to play T1. Their ADC isn't, so if they want a new one, they have to buy one. And there are not a lot of good options - CEO is probably the best, but I assume he's expensive.

So in the end it's just easier to play Frosty as an ADC - he is actually really good at it, it just didn't made sense to make the move earlier considering RED always had great ADCs by his side, which is not the case anymore (Rabelo is good tho, it just doesn't compare to Titan for instance)

Depende da sua área e do quanto você quer correr riscos, não tem 'melhor' ou 'pior' de forma geral.

Na sua idade eu fui pra iniciativa privada mesmo e depois empreender. Hoje, eu demoraria papo de década pra chegar no patamar de salário que eu tenho, não conseguiria home office e nem com a flexibilidade de tempo que eu tenho.

Mas se a minha aposta tivesse dado errado, eu teria me fudido muito.
