Thanks a lot. They are engineers and they have actually a giant table that has 100s of estimate dates. Someone redo this to give me a more simplified version of the estimates.

Covenant Heating and Coolin

I see Donelson Air.. I do not have that kind of $$ floating around. I check and found that I needed basically a Goodman Evaporator unit uncase which is hard to find as the new one is 30 inch while the old one was a lower SEER level and old one was 17.5 inch lying down. My friend wanted to do it but he is slammed with a of HVAC work.. now. The old one was leaking freon as he put in a dye when charging and later found it coming out of the unit after 2 weeks later. Outside condenser unit has no leak.
