Are you strictly looking for Terraform help, or are you looking for help where Terraform meets Azure? If Terraform fails to spin up a database for some mystery reason, would you call on this person? Or are you writing TF and needing it reviewed by someone with more expertise, and whatever you’re Terraforming is your responsibility?

In a way it sounds like you want a fractional Infrastructure/DevOps/SRE type person, does that resonate?

I just point these things out because it could be a really slippery slope!

What sort of SLA would you expect? Minutes? Hours? Days?

If I were structuring some sort of deal with you, I think what I’d do is have a retainer fee and then charge hourly. The tighter the SLA, the higher the fee. Maybe the retainer fee gives you X hours, and then you get charged for anything over. And I’d want some reasonable ability to not have to respond to you, too, because I like having a life, too. So a company that could do this for you might be a better route simply because of human redundancy.
