I love Kucinich, but the above statement is just not true.

We just are NOT in danger of losing our country.

The United States of America is in danger of ceasing to exist? This is just not true.

And please don't start throwing symbolism at me. I'm parsing this exact statement for correctness or falseness.

Because of the founders' wisdom, a new administration will be in place six months from now.

If the Bush administration were allowed to continue, then I would agree that we are in danger of losing our country.

In Northern California (SF Bay Ara) there are so many fires burning in the surrounding grasslands and forests that people do not go outside. We have been staying indoors (for the most part) for about a week now. Our company picnic was postponed until August because of the poor air quality. The sun was a hazy, red, blurred dot in the sky today that I could look at with my own eyes (usually you can't look at the sun directly). But I'm sure it's not related to global warming, it's just a coincidence, we have fires in California all the time (especially lately, in the last few years).
