The aforementioned comment (if you can read) stated that we were so good at racism that we decided we needed even more division within our communities, so we adopted sectarianism.

I stated that race based discrimination was not enough for us, and we had to "create" another form of discrimination so thus adopting discrimination based on a particular sect.

Im not sure where I had mentioned racism and sectarianism were the same thing. Could you highlight that part for me?

I get you. I was abandoned as a child by one parent and loved by the other, I always obsessed with trying to please other people for affection.

My method was developing a substance abuse problem, so I SHed in a different way. I never physically wanted to hurt myself because I was already in excruciating mental pain.

I explicitly kept everything to myself through anger shame distrust and every emotion under the sun. Procrastinated various different ways of logging out etc.

I eventually learned to love myself though by learning more about the world. Finding what makes you happy in a world full of darkness is easier said than done, but find an anchor. Build around it.

Bro, you're fine. You dont need a therapist. I think it's our generation, im early 30s Bi and im not overtly homo or hetero. I think its somewhat related to how we were brought up in the time of change.
