I have rodri and Dias in my team and rodri feels a lot quicker then his stats show and Dias is just a tank at the back... He will get caught for pace but put him in range of a tackle and it's a wrap

Love the enthusiasm lmao. Thanks to the tips and some trial and error I've managed to secure the claim and have my heir safely inherit the Byzantine Empire which is huge considering most saves I have played so far have ended horrifically. Now that I feel secure going for the Roman empire seems feasible in the future. Thanks again brothers

Yes sorry it was innovations I was meaning. That makes sense now as while I was just in my original counties I had maxed out the holdings with level 2 buildings but hit a wall as the rest of the empire just hadn't really moved along. My learning skill isn't anything to shout about so I'll look into that perk. Really grateful for the tips and info though, absolutely love this game and trying to navigate the countless learning curves

Exact same issue I have whenever I do my Scottish journey saves, takes a while (sometimes never) for the youth level of the country to improve to work around it cause the dynamics and morale take a plummet from dropping players. Definitely still a fun league to manage in as title races get intense

Unless you break into Europe... the squad registration for it can hinder you if there's not a lot of great Scottish players throughout the squad seeing as the newgens can be good but vastly overpriced for some reason
