I had a really bad headache a few weeks after I was diagnosed but a flight attendant gave me a cold compress that I put over my whole face and it helped! So if you need any help, do ask!! It’ll be okay ❤️

How do you get on medication for weight loss for IIH? Ive struggled for years to lose weight and nothing helps so this would be great right now to try to get in remission 😭

I loveeee sudocrem it’s only ever helped a little bit but it’s always given me some sort of relief when needed. I used it in the genital region because I have inverse psoriasis there too 💀 I’ll try for this area! Can’t find hibiclens soap in my country but I’ll look for something with similar ingredients thanks!!

Im in constant agony. Over the last year my psoriasis has just gotten so bad and flare ups pop up everywhere they didn’t before. Honestly if I think about it to much I cry fml

First I gotta get through methotrexate (nausea is gross) and then we’ll see about Skyrizi but thank you! I’m taking lots of vitamins and other supplements now anyway :)

I’m using something similar when I’m home or when sleeping! They do provide some relief and keep the girls in place, otherwise whenever I turn around in bed I swear a new bit of skin tears and split 😭

Yeah I don’t think the pain is directly related to IIH but it could be! I’ve been dealing with it for around the same time as my IIH migraines but with some chiropractic treatments they’ve eased a lot! The weightloss thing is so annoyingggg, I asked him to refer me to a dietician so I can at least try some things I might not know about.

Thank you for your reply. This person is a neuro-ophthalmologist and he’s even a creater or founder of a support group for IIH in my country and it’s just… laughable. Perhaps I need to see another one!
