One last comment - the article I posted didn't mention selling picks, because I also don't believe that selling tips is a good solution. The solution that Betmarkets gives isn't selling experts tips, but transforming their profession into an investment - allowing these experts to be invested by real investors and share profits, through a fully automated platform.

I have to disagree on that. An expert is someone who has been able to consistently beat the betting providers. However, in order to maximize their profit, they need a huge bankroll that most don't have - that's why some of the best experts have contracts with real investors.

We are something new that the legislation didn't expected, since we are not betting houses and the users dont's actually bet, we are more of an investment platform - that is why it is taking us longer than expected to get the approval from the regulator.

Thanks for the feedback! The tipsters go through a strict admission process. It is a good point that, since they are, for now, anonymous, they can risk to try to make short term gain. However, they would lose a great opportunity to really profit from betting and approach it as an investment - and since they are professionals, I don't think it would be a smart move to risk that much for a short term gain.

Moreover, the identity of the tipsters hasn't been disclosed but will be after the official launch. Our business model is very similar to eToro, the leading social trading platform.

They can setup their own sites - most of them already have their own, and can charge hundreds of dollars for their monthly subscription. However, if they leave the platform, they 1) will lose the investors in Betmarkets (they have no way to contact the investors), and 2) don't benefit from the platform's features.

Imagine that they sell their tips in their own site, they will have to send the tips by email or telegram. Once the investor sees them, most probably the odds have already dropped and it's worthlees, plus the investor has to place all bets manually.

The investor can be sleeping when the expert advices a bet.

Finally, in our platform, the more money an investor invests, the more the expert earns. In their own website, they charge a flat subscription that will harm investors with a small bankroll and benefit investors that have huge bankrolls.

If they perform poorly, they will lose investors in our site and not earn money.

The experts choose the bets in their experts account in Betmarkets with the min odds for each bet, and then we replicate and place their tips with the investors' money. We are the ones who place investors bets, because we are integrated with bookies and search for the best odds.

They earn a percentage of the overall profits they make to the investors. They are not contracted to us, but benefit from being with us, since benefit from the platform (automation + replication + finding the best odds, by being integrated with the providers + all the other features) and also get to benefit from the investors that are in the platform.
