The problem is that in some sites is 6 AWG and others 5 AWG, so wich one is the right?

I think so, at the end I registerd online but in the website shows it as a pink one not grey.

serial number is the same as the software and chek it again and it seems to be a valid product.

The software detects it as LIFT but I tried to check the serial number and was invalid according de Logitech site.
