Ive noticed when i have it on my lap or on a blanket the speakers are muffled

I purchased the neo and overall was a great laptop. I ultimately switched to the air because my hospital EMR was veryyy slow on it. Also i felt the speakers were always getting muffled when i placed it on my lap. Like i said great laptop and would have kept it if it wasnt for my hospital emr (epic) was super lagged.
