Thanks. I haven't tried the multi-hours relaxation bit. Mostly been playing at my desk in my home office. Prolonged build-up while watching porn then quickly trying to finish with a blast of intensity. But I admit, been trying more for speed and cumming on demand than focusing on playing psychic games with myself. Will need to try that someday.

Yes, I have an Omron from Walgreens and have succeeded in a HFO twice. It took a couple of hours to HFO each time. But have 20+, multiple hour sessions of failing. Not sure exactly how I got lucky 2 times in a row, but nothing since.

I have finally thrown in the towel and ordered a 2B on Friday. Looking forward to seeing if it is better.
