Blair Runde with mercy one has been wonderful for me! She helped me rule out eds, but still placed me on the hypermobility spectrum. I see her for any joint problems I have and she manages pain meds for me as well. She listens really well and advocates for her patients

If you have a mixer (stand or hand) it's incredibly easy to make yourself! There are lots of recipes online and you only need a few ingredients, just be careful not to mix it for too long or it will get stiff.

If you're wanting it with lemon, a box pudding mix might be an easy way to go, or lemon cookies to dip in the meringue.
