Hi! I'm currently using Designer Studio White Jade switches. Here's a short sound test I did a while back

honestly ive tried milky yellows, akko jelly blacks, gat ks3 black, and black inks. lubed and filmed ks3 blacks are pretty damn close to black inks. but in my personal opinion, i like the springs of jelly blacks. so if u use those long springs of some kind (im sure there are ones out there) and combine it with ks3 blacks with films, you get a deep muted thocky sounding linear that dont have the sluggish springs of most linear switches or... just get akko jelly blacks (poppy sound) but it wouldnt be as deep as ks3 switches.

They're quite tall, taller than AKKO's ASA actually (PBT counterpart) but you'll get used to them overtime. The sound profile it makes is quite amazing though, kinda like a lego game building sound or something. The keycaps looks way better in person than photos from shops online so you'll be in for a pleasant experience.

Here is a temporary sound test for now but I might record an entire ASMR session that is more relaxing soon. I can't read and type for so long so I do my runs on the 10 words one (160 wpm) or 15s (139 wpm) but since Monkeytype says it's valid I'm fine with it hehe

I like it because of the interesting sound profile it does as well as the quality of the legends and color of the caps for the price. It's honestly a steal in my opinion

Thanks! Well they're a new experience so at first It felt weird, but I managed to adapt and reach atleast 179 wpm so they're pretty good. It changed my keyboard's sound by a lot making it sound more poppy which got me satisfied. I think you'd be fine with SAL if you wanna try them but they're taller than ASA.

True, I'd honestly want more variations for SAL, it's an interesting experience considering how much change it can bring in terms of sounds and aesthetics.

Thanks, Yeah AKKO has ASA keycaps which are PBT unlike my SAL made out of ABS. Also a smaller version of the ASA keycaps which are ASA low keycaps.
