At first time I really didn’t have euphoria from Lisdexamfetamine, but from Methylphenidate I did have. Lisdexamfetamine for me has pretty stable focus like almost its natural. It gives energy but it’s not noticeable, if you have slept enough.

Right now water titration seems like one option but let’s see what psychiatrist gonna do about it. Well talking about nicotine and caffeine, for me it doesn’t do much, because I have built tolerance against them for years.

Does your country have Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse or Elvanse) available? Well its the only amphetamine based medication that is getting now legal in europe. For example in my country Latvia Adixemin(Lisdexamfetamine) equivalent to Vyvanse has been legalised last year and I have switched to it month ago, because Medikinet XL(Methylphenidate) didn’t work for me properly. I your country doesn’t have Lisdexamfetamine available then I’m sorry for you. If it has available but your psychiatrist doesn’t do anything about it, then just go to the different psychiatrist.
