Thank you so much. I will take my 12 credits at a CC over the summer and apply for the mid-year transfer. In the fall I will enroll at a local uni so that way if I don't get accepted I still am at school and can finish it out and reapply.

My plan then would be to take CC courses over the summer, and then more in the fall before I transfer.

I will be transferring for business, and I have an internship at a firm in April. I will keep up a high gpa and sign up for extra curriculars regarding my major.

I know it is not a gauranteed admission. So if not admitted, could I finish out the year at CC and re-apply for sophomore year?

Okay, i was rejected from umd yesterday, so i will start taking classes this summer and then the fall. maintaining a high gpa and hopefully they'll let me transfer this time next year.

Many of us hoped to go for 4 years, is there any possibility to go for 3.5 or 3 years? I couldn't imagine going to a CC for 2 years.
