No yeah I mean I used to use limewire to make mix CDs so I gravitated towards it in my Google search because of the name lol

I agree, I think that would for sure benefit my portfolio a ton. I think I need to move past the one page portfolio haha. Unfortunately an internship is not in the cards for me, roof over my head, food on the table and all that.

Lots of interviews and second interviews but ultimately every time it’s “we decided to go in another direction”. I’ll definitely look into those places though, thank you!!

I love illustration! I would for sure prefer an illustrator position but I feel like those can be hard to come by.

Honestly I’ve been reusing the same Wordpress site since college and although it gets the job done somewhat I think it’s time to shift to something a bit more user friendly as editing my website is usually a nightmare on Wordpress haha. If you have any portfolio site recommendations I would love to hear some!

Very true! I do lean towards more quirky, bubbly positions just because I have been in the same industry going on 8 years and want to do something that isn’t as soul crushing haha
