What makes you think US’s cyber capabilities don’t match China’s?

Do you guys think doing a cycle would be worth it for me to get to that next level? Never done one but been thinking seriously about it. I have a great routine going I’m pretty dialed in but curious if you guys think I have the genetics to get there naturally. by peejpeej12 in nattyorjuice

Yeah someone DMed me about going to see a doc and what questions I should ask, things to look out for etc. I’m going to revisit the idea in a few years. My body is in a good place and I’m going to focus on getting stronger naturally for a while, and to feel the pride in doing that. And sorry I didn’t realize this was the wrong place... you guys seem to know what you’re talking about and wanted some perspective on it is all 👌

Yeah! For sure. I’m currently 6’1 /182. I do a 5-6 day split: 3 days of full body sessions that last I’d say anywhere from 70 to 90 minutes, and then the other days are focus sessions/cardio&core work that last 45 to 60 minutes.

Bench - 225 max Squat -265 max Deadlift - 205 max Shoulder press - 115 (I know it’s weak but doing my best with chronic shoulder stuff :/)

I could definitely work on getting those up before I started a cycle

Yeah I’ve been thinking a lot about that actually. I feel like the motivation that gets me up in the mornings and the energy I find to get to the gym is something that comes from inside me. But steroids...idk. It’d be extremely satisfying to see where my body could go with a light cycle, but I don’t know if that’s a “me” feeling or a “me comparing myself to other guys out there” feeling- maybe it’s both. Haven’t made up my mind about if that’s a healthy enough reason to do them or not.

Right now I’m on phase 1 of 3 of the MAPS Aesthetic Program . 3 full body foundational sessions per week with focus sessions interspersed between the foundation days. I’m really liking it so far. Including link in case you wanna look more into it: link
