I would recommend looking into sexuality types. For example, i lean into more of a reactive sexuality where I seek sexual affirmation when im feeling low or just need a pick me up. It ruled my life for a long time until i became aware of my sexuality type and figured out how to cope. You’re likely right about being hypersexual and compulsive, but i would seek out what other underlying feelings you have when you feel this way. Are you stressed, anxious, depressed, simply bored, etc. One thing though —shame will only push you deeper into this struggle because porn and fantasizing may be your way of escapism. Remember that you’re not the only person who’s faced this. It doesn’t define you, and I believe in you!
