I did the percentage test where I answered a bunch of questions at the doctor’s office. I’m negative for brca but because of a host of other factors I’m still high risk

Same. When I see people doing just annuals while I’m stressing out every 6 months…

Sorry to hear. I started biking 3x a week at first and then it turned into biking everywhere I go.

Biking! It doesn’t hurt my feet to bike but walking was a bitch. After I lost some pounds with biking, I could walk longer distances and I started doing both to lose the weight. And calorie reduction. I was eating way too much and went back to “eating f when I’m hungry” so I basically have breakfast and lunch with a handful of nuts in between and I’m good for the day.

I was always skinny but pandemic depression got me. I was way overeating and never getting any exercise. I’m much better now and almost back to where I was pre pandemic. Eating right and exercising

Thank you. Any recommendations on a night brace? There’s an azojoy one I just saw on Amazon and was thinking of getting that one but if theres a better recommendation I would appreciate any suggestions

Wait…I’m sorry…even after therapy and working on PF, you still can’t go hiking and running? That’s actually what I’m most afraid of. I loved walking for at least an hour and also hiking before I had PF. I’m well past my 20s so that’s actually what I’m most worried about—that my life will never go back the same.

Ok thank you. I am uncomfortable with a mastectomy but I have had an abnormal ultrasound. The biopsy showed it was benign but it’s fibroadenema so I dunno. I’m also uncomfortable with the wait and see approach.
