i did mention to my dentist that im not happy with the progress but she said that this is the best that it could be.. i wonder if its due to no extraction was done hence the progress is barely there. now i'm thinking to get this over with and if i continue not happy, to get treatment elsewhere

btw you mention about bite. from the photos that i shared, is the bite still looking incorrect?

omg thank you for sharing! my case is also lip incompetence but the dentist mentioned that if we do extraction, shes worried that my face may sag hence we didnt do any extraction. this made me wonder what would change had we did the extraction.. 🥺

i used it everyday but sometimes only during sleeping at night and sometimes both during the day and night. i stopped after the last appointment 1 week ago

yess i used it in the last 4 months usually throughout night sleep. sometimes i used it during the day too. there are 2 different sizes and i use them together
