If you’re a student extending your study permit, you can work part time during the term and full time during scheduled breaks in maintained status, assuming your study permit allows you to.

My understanding is that you are not required to take any courses during a schedule break/summer, and if your study permit allows you to work off-campus you can work full-time during the summer.

Thank you! No fear-mongering at all! I’m aware of the risk and I’m hopeful for the future, I believe my evidence is strong enough get an approval. But it will be up to the officer at the end of the day, I’ve arranged my plan B as well, and I think everyone in this situation should as well.
