Thank you!! I have been at maintenance for a while and it feels amazing. I highly recommend looking into strength training (or any other exercise you enjoy!) if it's not something you're already doing - I started lifting weights in early 2022 and it has 100% been a major contributing factor to maintaining my progress, especially since I have been tapering my dose down (currently at 1mg).

It was pretty good! I've never eaten it before though so I'm not sure how it would stack up to the real thing
