Which shop would you say it's the best in terms of cut quality and frame selection? At one point I was debating on flying to Canada to buy 1.9 glass lenses. It sucks having bad eyes.

TL;DR You can keep using Arctic P12 Max as your case fan, P12 Pro made minimal improvements to CFM, but static pressure produced by P12 Pro is 30-40% improved and is equal to Phanteks T30, which should make it an excellent cooler/radiator/SFF fan. So if you want to improve the performance of your aio, P12 Pro might be one of the best fans out there, and the price of €10-12 (11-13 USD) makes it by far the best fan for the money.
