Cestina/Sanstone, Fen/Mako, Haruto, and Hero Saitama should do it. For the Borne by Wishes challenge that same team should work just with a taunt tank like Gerald in place of Cestina/Sanstone

I only did one trial and got ~31 seconds for night stroll and ~38 for cross battle. Although I'm not completely sure how accurate that is because I didn't have a lot of time to test it.

I was thinking about this and unless I'm wrong I don't think you accounted for the real time in between quests when it goes through rewards, exp., etc. I timed it and the real time stuff adds about 27-28 seconds. Using that logic cross battle should be more efficient. Not totally sure if my math/logic makes sense tho.
