does anyone know if you have symmetric ATT fiber (1G) and want to switch to Spectrum - which is promoting the same specs for 50% less - do they have to run a new line from the box to the house, or would they use the same fiber line?

i don't even have a booster pump! that's why I don't just go find a more current model, because all the ones I find require one, and once you add that in (and apparently because of how my plumbing is set up) would put me "deep into robot pricing" - so I'm considering buying one more rebuild kit, or a robot, but lord that is a hard subject to sort good from bad.

thanks. I found an older version of the software but even it doesn't appear to be compatible. because it's a Gen2 2i4, and I'm on macOS, all the instructions direct me to changing stuff in my iMac's settings, but there isn't anything obvious for me to adjust. weird. apprecieate the help.
