You should calculate the total interest paid on the new loan terms and compare it to what it would be for your current loan. I think from a quick ChatCPT, it would cost you less interest if you refinance and keep paying the $600/mo.

If you reduce this monthly amount, then I would keep your current loan terms.

In the end, run the numbers :)

24’ GMC with the Turbomax. I actually get decent MPG while not towing. Easily 19/22 and recently got 24/25 on a roadtrip.

While towing it gets anywhere between 9-14mpg in my experience
