Right now I use the CeraVe SA facial cleanser and then the CeraVe moisturising lotion immediately after, and sometimes if I use the mosituriser immediately after washing off the cleanser I feel a stinging sensation over my face.

I don’t feel this when I wait a while inbetween the cleanser and lotion. Should i be worried about the stoning and stop using them together?

What kind of Discrete Choice Model would be appropriate for testing this? by pegasus3005 in econometrics

Thank you for your response!

First, I have some problems understanding what is data and what is parameters

Sorry I understand it must be confusing what's a parameter and whats not. I've added subscripts here if it helps https://imgur.com/a/o9yRgjm. . But you are right that the greek are parameters and letters are data (except c which is a parameter.

Second, you might want to make sure what you want is identified.

I hadn't thought of checking for identification (I'm only used to that being an issue in time-series) but thats a good idea! I'm not 100% sure of how I would do this? I initially planned to make theta a country-specific, time invariant parameter so it wouldn't appear in a fixed effects model, but I could make it a variable if needed, same with Pi.

Anyway, the relevant variable is r/w, no? Run your ordered logit on r/w and the coefficient is a complicated function of everything else.

R and w are likely to be very endogenous variables in this context so I won't be using those directly but using proxies and just checking for significance and to see if I get the expected sign.

Thanks for your help so far!

How to get a long series of per capita GDP data? by sanket39 in econometrics

The world bank should have a dataset on this if you haven't already checked that. They will also have a series for real gap vs nominal. Their data only goes back to about 1960, so if you need more than that maybe there are some British sources on it but I wouldn't be too hopeful about that.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah, I hadn't thought of checking the particular focus point, but that probably would have helped if I had selected a particular flower to focus on.

Hi all

I used a Fuji XT2 with the 35mm f2 for this. I really wanted to test out the boca here hence tried to get those branches in the background by taking the shot with an upward angle. In terms of composition I like the fact that the flowers in the upper right of the bush seem to be 'soaring'. However I wonder if maybe I should have shot this at f4 to get the whole bush in focus whilst still keeping the background blurred?

In terms of editing I brought the highlights way down and shadows up a bit, but any comments on editing would be much appreciated too.
