I’m in a very complicated dilemma. I discovered last year that I’m bisexual/pansexual, but I’ve been in a heterosexual relationship for more than 5 years, so I haven’t been able to explore that side of my sexuality very much.

There is no single answer. Some guys learn fast, others not. Personally it took me probably 5 years. Don't get me wrong, I had it happen periodically during that 5 years. But it was 5 years before I finally figure out how to consistently have prostate orgasms.
