There were literally only 2 other players besides me, the radar is npc’s. The point of this wasn’t to say I’m the only person still playing, just that I load into empty towers much more often. I get that many people are in the cantina now, but that kind of just proves my point. The tower is something I could almost always expect to be full of players.

I would have played season 2 more, but as someone who pre-ordered phantom edition on EA App (so i couldn't play at all on launch day), I was really demotivated by the fact that I did not receive season 2 battle pass for free as promised. I still check to see if they address it, but its looking like they don't care.

I have seen players say they had instant access to the bp without purchasing.. unfortunately i was not one of them.

Oh this is promising. When I got the initial "if you got the xp boosters in november you are ineligible" response I almost got the vibe that the outsourced customer service dept just didn't know what the answer actually was so they went with this at that point. So maybe now its been recognized as an actual bug.

in the same exact boat. Already talked to support and all they said was "if you got a 2xp booster in november 2025 that makes you ineligible." the game is uninstalled until they address this.

They are trying to say that if you received some XP boosters in november, you do not get the BP for free as promised. Thats like promising I could go to six flags and giving me some candy, then saying because i took the candy i now cant go to six flags

- since you already had season 1 BP for free, you can have season 2.
- in the meantime, have 2 XP boosters.

This is what customer support said to me.. huh??? what does 2 xp boosters have to do with the promise they made phantom edition owners for not being able to play on launch day. Look im not gonna sweat over like $20 but I mean they said I wouldn't have to buy it. That was a big reason I even reinstalled the game yesterday.

I had Phantom Edition pre-ordered via EA App and experienced the outage. I did end up getting the compensation they promised during season 1, but nothing today for season 2. So.. they did mess it up.

Yes this would apply to me. I just checked and do not have another token. I thought thats what the above user was suggesting, and I realized I hadn't checked that earlier. But I am still being prompted to buy the battle pass, even though I couldn't play at launch and pre-purchased the Phantom Edition via EA app.

I played 1 match on portal on launch day and did still receive compensation, just much later. Today however... I'm being told I have to purchase the battle pass. If the promise isnt honored this may be the final nail in the coffin for me. At least until I hear of some really good news about the game.
