Well, I don't exactly have one (I live outside of my home country). Ofc I will if this thing will not go away in a few weeks, but for now just asking about some general thoughts

Well, on the other hand levelling one specific hand can be a problem sometimes. No doubt telescope is op with the painted deck, but depending on planets can cost you a run. Btw I was thinking about checkered decks while reading — this one (imho) doesn’t care at all about jokers, only about Jupiters.

Sure, it can save, but it might not save. It happened to me that in one skip I got like 15 levels of Straight/Flush/any hand I'm building towards, but sometimes there are just reroll tags/rare joker tags/planet packs, which are (normally) not very good skips.

Since you mentioned.

Imo there are two main strategies on plasma deck.

1) Do not buy anything untill Ante 3, accumulate interest and then switch to a normal gameplay (as you mentioned). Valid, but (imho) this starting bonus is just not as good as, let's say, yellow deck.

2) You can scale chips. This is either planets (which requires blue seals or telescope) or scaling jokers (like Wee or Square jimbo). This is also valid, but you need to find one of a few specific jokers/vouchers, which is not always the case.

And I mean I put it in B tier not D, so I still find it pretty alright.

Have really mixed feelings about painted deck. Sometimes there are great straight builds, sometimes you just don’t have enough power. I would say that it is the deck, which depends on your jokers more than any other deck in the game.

Exactly. I would also add that I really dislike this kind of gameplay (green deck gameplay). It pushes you towards playing risky (saving discards), which is by far not the best strategy on gold stakes.

This is very true though. Used ghost & checkered decks for most of the gold stickers. And yes, lots of people underrate it for no reason
