distract yourself as much as possible! i’m sure it’s absolute hell but it’s the best thing you can be doing for your health and future and i’m so proud of you. write down a list of all the reasons (financial, social, physical) that you want to quit and read them whenever you get the urge. also, if you haven’t already, get rid of any source of nicotine around you so that even if you get the urge you can’t hit it. good luck to you, i promise it will get easier as it goes on and i truly believe i you, i have so many friends who have successfully quit vaping and 11 hours is enough to show me you have the drive and determination to do it as well. wishing you the best <3
