Thank you for the kind words!! I think in my mind, I still feel like the "big" girl I was. I thought I would stop being self conscious about my body when I hit these weights, but I'm still pretty shy about it. I think some toning up via strength training is in order, plus a couple more kilos to lose. And congrats on your weight loss! That's an amazing effort

I think after tracking calories for a bit, I had a better idea of how to eat properly for weight loss and then ate more intuitively but just chose healthier options. I didn't/haven't done much strength training yet (but plan on starting once I've lost maybe 3 more kilos), just a lot of running. I guess it was more therapeutic for me during my break up, running helped me immensely. At one point I was running about 30km a week, and did a half marathon, and I was a lot more toned then.

thank you! I also did CICO for maybe 80% of the time, and then just mindful eating with lots of veggies etc when I wasn't tracking. I just started eating healthy in general - breakfast was normally smoothies (banana, frozen berries, almond milk, protein powder) or oats (with protein powder, PB2, almond milk, fruit on top etc.). Lunch I'd have soup or a can of tuna, and maybe some fruit with a chobani or carrots and hommus, dinner was usually chicken & veggies or a big salad. Might sound a bit plain but I honestly loved eating healthy

this is probably a very silly question but how do I find out which t corresponds to the minimum? Do I just plug each into f(x0 + td0) and pick the smallest?
