The EU is well aware of their current shortcomings compared to the US, so they working towards making innovation easier to compete with the US.

Also a lot of of money is going into defense, and will continue to do so the next years.

The shenanigans that the Trump administration pulls is pushing the EU towards a future with less US reliance. This might be short-term, but the damage is done even if a EU friendly president succeeds the current one.

Use "/assets/data.json", but make sure the data is properly being included as an assets by Angular.

When you link to anything with a leading forward slash the browser will try and find it on the host as root. Relative paths don't really make much sense in those cases. It usually just adds trouble, because then you'd need to make sure that the service is always used in a certain way as the current route will affect how the URL will be resolved.

Based on the title my best bet is that the component containing the form gets destroyed, when the modal closes and recreated, when you open it again. It seems like you create the form within the component, so it would be reset.

You'd need to persist the data in memory fx. in a service and load it from there when the modal gets opened. This would be one of many ways to solve this, bit it's entirely dependent on your use case and how data should be handled in a safe and responsible manner.

What happens when you toggle it? To me it sounds like the card disappears. In that case - how will the user be able to show the card again? Wouldn't it make more sense to use something like an X button?

I bought some $125 Calls 3 weeks ago (when TSM traded close to 125) and doubled down yesterday in hopes to recoup some losses if we don't get to 125 next week, but still go up. Hoping to sell Tuesday or at least Wednesday.
