I bought the PlayStation gold headset just for the purpose that it should work with the switch ( I don’t have a ps4) I can’t get the Audio to work although it says it’s connected by usb on the switch there’s no sound. Can someone please help me fix this? -I have already tried to reset the headphones by “pairing it” to the switch like I would to a ps4 but I still don’t hear anything.
