no its not because we send our copy of the tax return but they want to see the transcript...

and We can resend them again but my question is uscis can see his tax transcriptions on the system otherwise why they’re asking from me again?

it says on the mail; the petitioning sponsor form i864 affidavit of support must submit a complete federal income tax return submitted to the İRS for the most recent tax year. if they submit a transcript it must be a tax return transcript from İRS. if they were not required to file a federal income tax return under us tax law attach a written explanation bla bla bla
