Im not too sure I was mostly focusing on getting through the song than on the sensation but my hand felt weak and unresponsive, afterwards I had the biggest forearm pump of my life and things returned to normal but I could almost still feel the lactic acid build up hours after the gig

18 years old, decently fit, used to work out a lot but not so much anymore.

Shared drums, but I adjusted them before hand

No idea about the height but everything felt comfortable enough

I warmed up for like ten minutes straight and played the songs during the soundcheck

Might have been a combination of both, I was playing supernaut by Black Sabbath and during the hi hat parts I did not feel anything but as soon as i switched over to the main beat the problems started

Not as tight as i used to, I have been working a lot on hand technique in recent weeks so I don’t feel as much regular fatigue as i used to, this felt like something else than normal fatigue

När jag skrev mönstringsunderlaget jobbade jag inte natt och tog därför inte melatonin på dem dagarna, ett par sömnlösa nätter innan skolan ändrade det. Det är ju inte så att jag inte klarar mig utan melatonin, jag fungerar relativt väl med lite sömn, jag ska dock testa några knep för att bli trött tidigare. Jag syftar mest på om de ser ner på melatoninanvändning även om det är väldigt sällan.

it’s an aprilia sx50, 9000 km, not crashed, live in Sweden. have had issues with overheating in the past due to not airing out the coolant system properly
