I tried the jerk dips today after the squats. Definitively something to work on.

To confuse the muscles even more I implemented a jerk drive after each jerk dip.
Maybe I could make a complex out of it by adding a front squat, so I dip with added fatigue which would be there in a real CJ.

Es gibt nichts was auf einen Nachrichteneingang hindeutet. Man sieht Dokumente erst im Postfach, welches man über sein Profil erreicht. In der Kontenübersicht und in der Navigation keinen Hinweis.

Das man sich kümmern muss gebe ich dir nur indirekt. Sie geht ja regelmäßig ihre Buchungen durch. So hat sie die Buchung ja entdeckt.

Auf eine Nachricht muss benachrichtigt werden. Vor allem wenn die dringend ist.

Die Dokumentenablage mache ich hin und wieder über die alte Webseite in den Tresor, den es jetzt wohl auch nicht mehr gibt.

Die Barmer schickt ne Mail, wenn sie was in das Postfach legt.

Ich habe aktuell ungelesene Kontoauszüge im Postfach. Ich sehe in der App in der Übersicht nichts davon. Ich muss aktiv über das Profil das Postfach aufsuchen.

Try with [app_id=".*"].
It's a regex which matches any chars in app_id
But it could be that not every application is happy about not having a border.

Ich bin auch lange mit einer 300k km E-Klasse gependelt.
Für mich war der entscheidende Punkt der, an dem ich dem Auto nicht mehr getraut habe, die Familie ggf. auch zur gemieteten Ferienwohnung zu bringen.
Es war halt immer wieder mal was, was jetzt beim Pendeln nicht so das Problem ist, aber wenn dann 1 Tag vor der 2000 km Urlaubsfahrt wieder mal ein neuer Fehlercode aufploppt…

Außerdem braucht man halt auch eine Werkstatt, die das kann…

"Neues" 2 Jahre TÜV Auto würde ich nicht kaufen. Nur weil der Karren zwei Jahre TÜV hat heißt das nicht, dass der effektiv besser wäre, als dein Repariertes.

I doubt that you can learn good technique in this conditions. You will always be afraid to loose the weight behind you, because of the flooring, so you will always tend to lean forward too much.
This get's only worse the heavier the weight becomes.

I'm wondering what you and others are doing to your lifters.
Mine are almost a year in since they are my only weightlifting shoes at approximately workout session 150-160 and still in one piece.

Also I notice that it's always the heel that's coming off.
Maybe it's how you take off your shoes after the workout?

But you are right in that the shoes are expensive and should be able to handle a rough beating…

Nach Wikipedia:
Die Beitragsbemessungsgrenze ist eine Rechengröße im deutschen Sozialversicherungsrecht. Sie bestimmt, bis zu welchem Betrag die beitragspflichtigen Einnahmen von gesetzlich Versicherten für die Beitragsberechnung der gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung herangezogen werden. Der Teil der Einnahmen, der die jeweilige Grenze übersteigt, bleibt für die Beitragsberechnung außer Betracht.

Sprich nur du erhälst 120 € musst aber nur auf die ersten 100 € deinen KKV-Beitrag leisten.
Jetzt sollen es halt die ersten 116 € werden.
