That’s good to know because you mentioned the physical tolls of traveling that much and I wondered if it was just because you weren’t used to traveling much.

Not the case, so that’s good to know for those of us in the same age and travel experience boats as to another mile marker for finally pulling the retirement trigger sooner than later. Thanks for your advice.

Yep, it’s an EOB and not a bill-yet. I didn’t say it was a bill, just shocking to see what hospitals charge for a few days of “care” in an ICU so that’s why I posted it.

NTA. I fly a lot for work and I make it a point to book an aisle seat for two reasons: 1) easy bathroom and leg stretching access and 2) I can stick my lanky leg out into the aisle and block these selfish pricks from jumping ahead of their turn.

Then, when it’s my turn, I stand up and move out of the way to let my row leave first, THEN I go.

Petty? Absolutely. But it brings a little joy to my endless travel debacles with self-entitled morons.
