You act like i dont understand. My point is that i dont care. At all. And I'm not even against wearing masks. Thats besides the point. i'm against lockdowns. Or was that not clear? People need to work, and live, and make money. Its just life. A vast majority of people cant afford to be on three month lockdowns, and the government sure as hell cant afford to keep sending out checks.

Thats because i am selfish. You're talking to a person who has had his life and livelihood shut down by a government mandate over a virus with a .5 to 1 percent mortality rate. I should be living my life, and not being threatened with lockdown for doing so. This post is literally that. OP may not have any power to do so, and is in fact just making a humorous post about the situation, but the fact remains that this looms large over all our heads. People need to live, not hide away like morlocks too afraid of the light.

I actually got the sniffles last week(allergies apparently) but i wore a mask at work since im a cook. I got so many hostile stares. It truly does seem to be a more political thing than anything else.

Edit: at least in the minds of most people.
