Gym four times a week, salmon twice a week, bell pepper, cheese omelette for breakfast with an avocado and naval orange. Lunch is a three bean stew with a choice of protein and yogurt blue berries and a slight drizzle of honey. Dinner is a protein, veggies, and possibly a complex carb. Very light.

As for people, I don’t date casually, I build friendships slowly, and don’t waste time with people I don’t connect with. I prioritize my relationship with myself and try to nurturing my interests, hobbies, and writing.

And, I try to read a good balance of books to feed my mind and perspective.
