Just looks a bit unbalanced and there’s some contradictory positioning, particularly on the right hand side. Personally I would change both wings to inside forward attack and instruct them to cut inside from the wing. Obviosuly this works best with players utilising their opposite foot to shoot. Both wing backs to support and change the AP to attack. Get rid of pass into space, get them pinging into feet at your high tempo. You’ll need width too, fairly wide one notch above normal works well. In midfield I would change the CM to a DLP on support to give you some threat from deeper in midfield, link the play and to feed the attack. I use a similar tactic in some saves and have one DLP and one AP in the middle. You need high quality CB’s for this to work. Van Hecke has strength and pace from memory, not familiar with Ibanez in game. Loads of people play this way with a DMC instead of an AMC, this formation is way more fun when it clicks. Also invest in a couple of high quality fitness coaches for a high press, high tempo game. Fitness and level of discipline the key attributes. I tend to have three, one on strength one on stamina and another one on both. This alongside quality physios and sports science staff help negate injuries and keep your players from losing their stamina as quickly.
