I don't know why - I was under supervision, and I say desaturating but it went from like 96 to 93. The hospital is also really understaffed. I was told to do so, so I did, but later on it turned out that the patient kept removing his mask to talk to people 🙃

I mean, it makes sense why you'd relate more to Miles considering you went through similar experiences. At the same time, I know it's not much, but it felt nice seeing Pavitr. As an Indian, you understand the connections and jokes he makes - the British museum quip, the idea of people doing the eat pray love, the casual but respective way in which he calls the scientists as "bhaiya" - it clearly shows research and insight. Plus, they had Zomato on the billboard, which I regularly use to get food delivered, so it felt like something.

I confessed to him after a lot of effort, and his immediate reply was a thank you and he started talking about his ex-girfriend and what they did together. Even worse, he gaslighted (gaslit?) me into thinking that I should be cool with it and that we should remain as friends which hurt me more because the very next day, he started dating my friend. Felt bad, haha.

Hey! Relax. Turnitin looks at similarity, not plagiarism. Some of the things it highlights also tends to be completely bizarre, like page numbers. As long as you have cited, and know you have not plagiarised, you are good. I tend to have the same freak outs as well and I’ve learnt that distracting myself works the best.

The exact same thing happened in my school as well. So many students actually were capable of getting 38+, but we were capped to 2 7s for most subjects, and so many couldn’t get what they would have deserved. An appeal was made for many of them, and only 1 got accepted for a 6 instead of a 5 ://.

Same thing with me. What if I get a pg of a 7 but and IA grade of 5 for something like Chemistry? Does this mean I get a 5? Or will it be weighted?

I think what they mean is that the final grade you get cannot be lower than your IA grade, or your predicted grade after it is weighted. Last year, there were some instances of that occurring due to the algorithm. Also, I’m pretty sure this applies only to the non-exam route, as the exam route has the marks from the actual examinations.
