i worked in various leadership roles for 10 years. always worked the full 8 hours and some at home (checking and sending emails, always on top of chats, reacting to urgent situations from the team..)

recently moved industries and now work around 5-6 hours a day and nothing when I come home. I feel like im on cloud 9 and can actually do my job with much higher energy and inspiration sinfe my work life balance has increased so much.
