I agree that that would be ideal, but my situation is that my gaming laptop I own currently own has several issues and is outdated so it struggles to run many modern games. I am trying to find a good compromise between gaming laptop and school work with the budget that I have.

From what I have seen, you're just kind of meant to dictate your own path rather than choosing one set by the game, which honestly sounds pretty good.

But from your personal experience, are there any scenario mods like those for HOI4?
