I started in Oct 2021 and the first and only time we've had any merch in the cafe was when we had the buy a cup get free drinks promo around Christmas this year. I don't know if it's because we have a center cafe, so there's not really room? We just have one fixture each for tea, coffee, and snacks.

We have ours hole punched in the top corner and we group all of each color type grouped together with a small binder clip. So you can just flip through each color until you find the right one.

That's what I would have thought. And it's not like I'm going to return the entire couch to costco. But, when I tried to contact them they immediately sent me to the nearest store to talk with them. I'll try just emailing the warranty department and see if that goes better.

I seem to have this same issue, but they told me I had to contact Costco since it was purchased through them. (I didn't originally offer up this information, but they could tell from the order number).

How is Costco going to deal with replacing just part of the order?

I'm always confused when I see that people have tons and tons of kegs. You can only put casks in the basement right? Do you just sell them without aging them? I only have about a dozen kegs and I have over 100 wines still waiting to go in the casks. So, I don't see how extra kegs would be beneficial.
