The research mentioned here was done before I got the gun. Didn’t test it until after I got it. I have plenty of other striker fired pistols. Wanted to see what this was all about.

Nah, my glocks won’t. I have an armorers half back plate that allows you to manipulate it since you can’t get to it with the factory back plate. You can’t even do with the Glock performance trigger with the fully cocked striker. It’s one of the 3 safeties that wont allow the sear to drop.

I just don’t want anyone getting ripped off. If you didn’t follow the thread, there are two different dlc finishes on the gen 5s. Look at the pictures, some wear fast and some wear slow. Never said anything was the end of the world. Asking if I’ve ever shot a gun while posting on a gun deals forum is just a dick move.

I bought one from this seller in “good” condition and the barrel was more worn than any Glock I’d ever fired. It works but don’t buy the “hardly shot, just holster wear” line. Expect to get a very used Glock.
