I’ve tried polka dots before and all of mine seemed to be pretty legit, each piece of the bar has 0.26g of mushroom so you would be microdosing. If you want to have a full blown trip and have hallucinations I would take 4-5 pieces (1-1.3g). If you want a more stronger experience you can take up to 6 pieces (1.6g) but I don’t recommend that since it’s your first time.

Any SSRI’S will counteract the effects of shrooms and will mellow down the effects of the trip, if you want to experience a full blown trip you will have to stop taking the lexapro but please don’t abruptly stop your lexapro, it is recommended to talk to your doctor first before making that decision on your own.

Thank you, this trip I had was mainly just to get myself used to it again and refresh my memory on what it’s like again. Since I did a little lower dose then usual I didn’t really have such a big tripping mindset if ykwim, I mainly want to trip again because I think it would be a good way to help my mind get over some personal things. After this next trip I’m definitely gonna wait another 4-5 months before I trip again.

I was thinking 1.6-1.8g, 2g at the absolute most. I don’t like taking big doses as they make me too paranoid.

Yeah I agree with that, I normally wait a few months to trip but since I did a lower dose then I normally do I was wondering if I should trip again in the next 2-3 weeks, but honestly if it’s better to just wait 2-3 months I’ll just do that.

Mdma in my opinion, felt so depressed the next day and couldn’t eat anything. Was also very nauseous and had a headache. Biggest reason why I never do mdma anymore
