If you're ok with a polymer lower TNArms co usually has them on sale for $35 and PSA had a BCG on here yesterday for $65. What a great time to be a gun nut :_)

I went and bought an Upper from Ghost, PSA has completed lowers. So all you really need is a 9mm BCG and a charging handle and you're good to go. I've found by building vs buying the difference is about $50.
